Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@deckymetalworks.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns should be sent to:

Custom Engraved Products

All custom engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Because these items are personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges on any engraved order.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@deckymetalworks.com so we can make it right. In these cases, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom engraved or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a replacement is to initiate a return for your current item and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. The same return conditions apply. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, reach out to us at info@deckymetalworks.com.
